It is the goal The Upscale WeeSale, LLC to offer only the best items at all of our consignment sales events. We do not intend to sell recalled or unsafe items. Our number one goal is the safety and security of our shoppers and their children. We also expect our consignors to use and research these lists before consigning any of their items, therefore, insuring none of their items offered for sale have been recalled. It is against the law to resell products that are on the Consumer Product Safety Commission website as having been deemed unsafe for children.
Every consignor, during online registration, will be required to electronically sign a waiver stating you have researched the U.S. Consumer and Product Safety Commission website for recalled items and government set standards for any and all items you are consigning. It is very important to us that only safe products are offered to our customers, your child’s safety is our #1 priority. We ask that each consignor carefully check that none of their items have been recalled before bringing them to our event. As the seller/owner of an item, it is the CONSIGNOR’S RESPONSIBILITY to ensure that each item meets the required safety standards.
If you as a shopper, see an item that should not be on the sales floor , please alert one of our staff to insure we work together to keep our children safe.
